Food has always been more than a passion, it’s been a common thread running through every stage of my life and career. From my early days managing hotel restaurants to later leading international hospitality operations, I’ve seen how food connects people, defines experiences, and becomes a core expression of a brand’s identity.
Over the years, I’ve worked with top culinary talent to put gastronomy at the center of the guest journey, developing signature concepts rooted in authenticity and storytelling. One pivotal moment came when we piloted an early host kitchen model inside a hotel, and that experience left a mark. It sparked a realization: that kitchens have untapped potential, and that delivery is fundamentally reshaping how food reaches people.
While delivery has long been dominated by fast food and convenience, I saw an opportunity to create something better; a model built around healthy, less processed, fresh meals that align with how people want to eat today. It’s a space where hospitality, innovation, and wellbeing can come together.
D-Upside was born from that spark. It’s a platform that brings together Dining, Digital, and Delivery, and unlocks real upside for kitchens everywhere. Built on decades of experience and a lifelong love for hospitality, D-Upside is my way of helping kitchens do more, with less.
